THANK THE MISSUS

For all those meals put in your belly,

Thank the missus

While she's cleaning and you're watching the 'telly'

Thank the missus

A wardrobe filled with your pressed clean clothes

Thank the missus

When all you thought was lost, right under your nose

Thank the missus

When you look at your children, thank the Lord above

But also, thank the missus

For the times you're sick, and nursed with love

Thank the missus

When life is a battle, and you need some support

Thank the missus

In times of sorrow, and you need arms of comfort

Thank the missus

In returning your gratitude, keep one thing in mind

Her heart is so fragile, so be gentle and kind

Respect her and love her, give her plenty of kisses

This woman is a God send, so go ahead and thank the missus!
