On my knees

An open heart

Hands clasped tightly

And then I start

A "thanks" for blessings

and on I go

Always room for friend and foe

Eyes on me

and my concerns

Reminded of the lessons learned

Troubles passed into his hands

Renewed in faith

Upright I stand

Feet planted firmly

Smile on my face

All is as it should be
